Clearing Psychic Blocks

Day 1: Release Physical Tension

Technique Name: Body Unlock

Objective: Soften held physical tension to allow psychic signals to surface.

Practical Exercise (10 min):

1. Sit or stand comfortably with feet grounded.

2. Take 5 slow, intentional breaths: inhale into the belly; exhale and sigh out.

3. Gently shake your hands, arms, and shoulders after each exhale to release tension.

4. Place your hands on chest and belly, breathe into areas that feel tight, noticing sensations without trying to “fix” them.

Daily Integration Habit:

During the day, contract your shoulders, neck and jaw to maximum. Then take 3 intentional sigh breaths as you exaggerate releasing tension there. Do this whenever you feel tight or braced. Repeat this in any area you notice tension.

Journal prompts:

* Where did I notice tension in my body?

* Did releasing tension change how open or receptive I felt?

* Did any emotions arise when I released the tension?

Day 2: Release Emotional Blocks

Technique Name: Emotion Flow

Objective: Soften habitual emotional patterns that interfere with subtle perception.

Practical Exercise (10–12 min):

1. Sit with a straight spine; take 3 grounding breaths.

2. Bring to mind a recent emotional reaction (annoyance, fear, frustration).

3. Ask your body: “Where do I feel this emotion physically?”

4. Focus breath into that area for 5–6 slow breaths.

5. Exhale with a soft vocal sound (“ahhh” or sigh) to release emotional contraction.

Daily Integration Habit:

When a strong emotion arises, pause, take a deep breath, and ask where you feel it in your body before responding.

Journal prompts:

* What emotion did I notice today?

* Where in my body did I feel it?

* Did softening the emotion shift my clarity or intuition?

Day 3: Soften Nervous System Armor

Technique Name: Soft Body Perception

Objective: Reduce protective bracing in the nervous system to allow psychic awareness to emerge.

Practical Exercise (10–15 min):

1. Lie or sit comfortably; close your eyes.

2. Scan your body from feet → head; notice areas of gripping, bracing, or tension.

3. Breathe into each area and imagine warmth or light softening the protective armor.

4. After softening, direct awareness to subtle sensations — tingling, warmth, intuitive nudges — without interpretation.

Daily Integration Habit:

Before sleep, do a 1–2 minute body scan, softening tension in any braced areas.

Journal prompts:

* Where did I hold protective tension today?

* Did softening allow me to notice subtle sensations or intuitive impressions?

* How grounded did I feel while doing this practice?

Summary: Clearing Psychic Blocks

psychic sensitivity and intuitive clarity are often blocked by stored tension, emotional patterns, beliefs, and nervous system constriction. This video explains:

  • Blocks are held in the body — emotional tension, defensive postures, chronic tightness, or habitual reactions can dull subtle perception.
  • Psychic blocks often arise from unresolved emotions, fear responses, or survival conditioning; these are linked to the limbic system and nervous system regulation.
  • Simply wanting intuition isn’t enough — signals are filtered out when the body is bracing or protective.
  • True clearing involves regulating the nervous system, releasing held tension, and softening emotional armor so subtle information can be felt rather than interpreted as threat.
  • Practices that blend sensation, breath, awareness, and release help dissolve blocks gradually and safely.

Reframe “psychic blocks” not as mystical censorship but as bodily and nervous‑system constraints that limit sensory flow and subtle awareness.

Blocks often manifest as muscle tension, emotional rigidity, and nervous system protection driven by limbic survival patterns.

Releasing physical and emotional tension reduces filtering that dampens subtle signals — this allows psychic perception to surface as felt experience, not noise.

By integrating breath, sensation, and reflection, we begin to differentiate between defensive reactions and genuine subtle awareness.
